Description

This Bailey’s Irish Cream Tiramisu stands out with its creamy texture, rich flavors, and easy no-bake preparation. Made with mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers, and Irish cream, it’s the ideal dessert for gatherings or a sweet treat at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla instant pudding
  • ⅔ cup Irish cream
  • 1 lbs mascarpone cheese room temp
  • 27 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup espresso
  • 2 tablespoon Irish cream
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, sugar, Baileys Irish cream, vanilla extract, and vanilla instant pudding. Mix with an electric hand mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Add the room-temperature mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth and creamy, ensuring not to overmix.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix espresso and additional Baileys. Dip the ladyfingers quickly in this mixture (for 1-2 seconds) and layer them evenly in a 13 by 9-inch baking dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers and smooth it out with a spatula.
  • Add a second layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with a thin layer of the remaining mascarpone cream.
  • Fill a piping bag with the rest of the mascarpone mixture and pipe dollops over the thin layer of mascarpone.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let the ladyfingers soften. Before serving, generously dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

Ensure the mascarpone cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
Don’t soak the ladyfingers too long to prevent them from becoming mushy.
Letting the tiramisu chill longer enhances the flavor
