- 400 g biscuits nice / biscoff / graham crackers / tennis
- 1 can (13oz / 375g) condensed milk
- ⅓ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons baileys original cream liqueur
- ½ cup coconut for coating the truffles
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles for coating the truffles
Instructions
- Crush the biscuits in a large ziploc bag using a rolling pin or blend them in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
- Pour the crumbs into a mixing bowl.
- Add condensed milk, cocoa powder, and Baileys to the biscuit crumbs.
- Use your hands to mix everything together until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, form the mixture into balls the size of glass marbles.
- Roll each ball in coconut or chocolate sprinkles, then place them in paper cases.
- Keep the truffles chilled in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
