Description

Apple Cider Jello Shots offer a delightful blend of hot apple cider and Fireball whiskey. This easy recipe combines rich flavors and fun presentation, making it a great choice for parties or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup hot apple cider
  • ⅔ cup fireball whiskey
  • ⅓ cup cold apple cider
  • 2 packets unflavored gelatin (0.25 ounces each)
  • whipped cream (optional garnish)
  • red apple slices (optional garnish)
  • cinnamon sugar (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, pour cold apple cider and sprinkle unflavored gelatin on top.
  2. Let it rest for about 3 minutes to bloom the gelatin.
  3. Pour in hot apple cider and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Add Fireball whiskey and mix to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into shot cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar, and a thin apple slice.

Notes

For best results, ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved before pouring into shot cups.
Use chilled ingredients for a quicker setting time.
Feel free to adjust the amount of Fireball whiskey based on your preference.
