- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3 medium apples, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, cold
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut a circle of parchment paper to match the bottom of a 9 inch springform cake pan. Spray the sides of the pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until it resembles wet sand. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust in the oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until the edges begin to turn golden brown. When the crust is ready, reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Notes
For a spicier flavor, increase the amount of ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother cheesecake mixture.
You can add caramel sauce on top for extra sweetness.
