- 7 eggs
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions sliced
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 340°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper until the mixture is fluffy and pale yellow.
- Divide the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and sliced green onions evenly into the cups of the molds or small bowls.
- Pour the egg mixture over the prepared molds, filling them evenly.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 11 to 13 minutes, stirring halfway through at 7 to 8 minutes. The eggs are done when set but will continue cooking slightly once removed. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
