- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour chocolate sprinkles into a separate bowl and set it nearby.
- Dip the top of each donut hole into the melted chocolate to coat the tip, scraping off excess.
- Immediately dip the coated end into the sprinkles to adhere them.
- Gently insert a pretzel stick into the chocolate-covered end to form the acorn stem.
- Place each finished donut hole on a parchment-lined tray. Repeat until all are done.
- Refrigerate or freeze for 5 minutes for setting chocolate, or enjoy immediately.
