- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 12 portions and roll each into breadstick shapes.
- Arrange the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the butter mixture over the breadsticks and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, feel free to add more parmesan on top before baking.
These breadsticks are best served warm, but they can also be reheated.
