- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
Instructions
- Dry the chicken breasts with a paper towel and cut them into 1-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, coat the chicken with flour, basil, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper, ensuring all pieces are well covered.
- Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter. Once hot, add the chicken in a single layer.
- Cook the chicken without moving it for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining butter, minced garlic, and parsley, cooking for one more minute until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve immediately while hot, either on its own or alongside your favorite sides.
