Description

This Strawberry Daiquiri is a refreshing treat perfect for warm weather. Made with vibrant strawberries and tangy lime, it’s easy to prepare, flavorful, and the ideal choice for hot summer days or gatherings with friends.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 lime , juiced
  • 1 cup white coconut rum , or white rum
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup

Instructions

  • Prepare simple syrup by mixing equal parts sugar and water. Heat in a saucepan over medium until sugar dissolves, about 10 minutes.
  • Allow the simple syrup to cool completely.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with additional rum and whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Simple syrup can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute coconut rum with coconut water.
