Description

Enjoy this Easy Chia Pudding Valentine for its delightful flavor and simplicity. With just a few key ingredients like chia seeds and almond milk, it’s the perfect healthy treat for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice*
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • toppings of choice: fresh berries or other fruit, granola, nut butter, etc

Instructions

  • In a bowl or mason jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla if desired. If using a mason jar, secure the lid and shake well.
  • Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to eliminate any clumps of chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight until thickened. If the desired thickness is not achieved, add more chia seeds and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Store the chia pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days.

Notes

Feel free to customize toppings according to your preference.
If you prefer a sweeter pudding, adjust the amount of sweetener to taste.
