- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg yolks
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 10 ounces chocolate chips, milk or semi-sweet, your choice!

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Heat a 12-inch oven-safe skillet over low heat for about 5 minutes. Melt the butter in the skillet. Stir in the sugars using a wooden spoon, then turn off the heat.
- Whisk the egg and egg yolks in a bowl and quickly incorporate them into the sugar mixture in the skillet. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. The mixture will be thick, but continue until fully mixed.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, then bake the skillet cookie for 20 to 25 minutes, or until set in the center. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt before serving warm with vanilla ice cream.
